If a task was checked off but not really done, a Household Manager can flag it.
Flagging unchecks the task and takes back the reward for that chore.
Flag a task
- Open the finished chore in one of these ways:
- Tap the Rewards tab, tap the person, then tap the chore under Recent Activity.
- Tap the Progress tab, tap the person, then tap the chore in their timeline.
- Tap the flag icon next to the checked task.
- Choose a reason:
- Task was not actually completed
- Task was not done properly
- Task was completed by someone else
- Add a note if you like.
- Tap Flag as Incomplete.
What happens next
- The task is unchecked.
If the chore is no longer fully done, its reward is removed from the balance.
- The person sees the flag, the reason and your note in the chore's activity timeline.
- Other family devices get a notification that the task was flagged.
- The task can be checked off again once it is really done, which earns the reward again.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the flag icon.
Only a Household Manager sees it, and only on the screens above.
It does not appear when you open the chore from the Home tab.
